How should I package my product to return it?

All products come on pallets, such as treatment chairs and so on:
If you want to return salon furniture, you will need to pack it in the original shipping box and place it on a pallet.
Take a picture of the packed salon furniture and email it to us so we can confirm that it is ready for shipping.
Print out the shipping label and stick it on the package.

Other Products :
If you wish to return other products, pack them as tightly as possible in the box.
Print out the shipping label and stick it on the box.
You hand in the parcel yourself at the parcel office or we call a courier to pick up the product from your specified address.

What are the conditions for returns?
On our web-store you can register your goods for return within 14 days after delivery. You have the same 14 days to return the goods or collect them. In order to receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs, it is important that you return the item in its original condition and undamaged.

2. Pay the 100 euros VAT free for the collection of your salon furniture using the invoice you will receive from us.
3. Print the shipping label and the document for the supplier.
4. Be present on the day of collection and wait patiently. We will get back to you.

Other Products :

1. Please contact us via the contact form within 14 days of receipt.
2. Prepare the item for shipment by packing it properly and securely. This does not have to be done in the original packaging.
3. If applicable, remove liquids and dust bags from the packaging.
4. Print the shipping label and supplier document and affix them to the package.
5. Send the package back free of charge via your nearest delivery point.
6. Wait patiently. We will get back to you.

Can I try the product?
Yes, you can try your product, just like in the store. If you don't like the product, you can return it. Please note that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging so that we can make someone else happy with it.
