We deliver orders in the Netherlands and throughout the EU. The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the shipment and is calculated automatically at the time of order placement. 

Can I choose the delivery date?
As standard, we deliver your order within 4-8 working days in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

If you prefer to receive your order later, please let us know via email or in the comments box during the ordering process. We do our best to satisfy your wishes.


Can I collect my order myself?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up the order yourself. We supply products from our own warehouse. The rest of our range is sourced directly from our suppliers in NL and abroad. 

Our address in Delft is our business address. We do not receive visitors here and do not store any products here.

I didn't get part of my order. What now?
Is your order delayed? Don't worry, your order may have been delivered in multiple packages and only one package was delayed. Check your order status page to see the status of all your packages. That way you can see when to expect other packages.

Where is my order?
Do you want to know where your order is? You can easily view the status of your order in your account. There you will also find a link to your Track & Trace. You can also find the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

Did you receive a shipping confirmation, but the Track & Trace code doesn't work? Don't worry, the code often doesn't work until the same day. If the code is still not working the next day, please contact us.

What happens to my order if I am not at home?
If you have placed an order without an item on a pallet, the courier will deliver your parcel to your neighbors if possible. This way, you can still receive your parcel quickly and easily! If this is not possible, the courier will deliver your parcel to the nearest collection point. This way, you will be able to pick up your parcel at a time that is convenient for you.

If you have ordered salon furniture, such as a barber chair, our delivery partner will return your order to the warehouse. But don't worry, a new delivery attempt will be made as soon as possible. This way, you can be sure that you will receive your salon furniture quickly! You can find the new delivery attempt in your tracking code.

Does someone have to be present when the furniture is delivered to my salon?
Yes. We strongly recommend that someone is present when the furniture is delivered to your salon. That way, you can be sure that everything will go as planned and you can enjoy your new purchase right away! Unfortunately, often our delivery partners will not deliver furniture if no one will accept it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking and tracing code with a scheduled delivery date.

Our delivery partners will only deliver your salon furniture by special transportation on a pallet to the first door on the first floor.

 

Will you also install my product?
No. We do not install any products because our delivery partners deliver your order.
Will you also assemble my product?
No. We do not assemble the product because our delivery partners deliver your order.
